This has to be one of the oddest tuning jobs I’ve ever seen!

Although I haven’t been able to find out who created this vehicle, but whoever they are, I congratulate them on a job well done. It may be unconventional tuning, but I’m sure it draws as much attention as a tuned up expensive sports car.
